This table is used to define all the accounts that you want balanced automatically in the year end routine. You also define towards which account to post the contra balance. The accounts are divided into phases, and you can only update one phase at a time. The program does not check which phases have been updated for an accounting year.

- Phase
- Displays the selected account phase (1-9).
- Sequence
- Displays the selected sequence number for the selected phase.
Base account
The fields below show (for each applicable account part) the range of accounts selected for balancing.
- From account number
- Displays the from account value to be included in the selection. The system checks that the ending value is greater than the starting value. If the fields are blank, all values are included.
- To account number
- Displays the to account value to be included in the selection. The system checks that the ending value is greater than the starting value. If the fields are blank, all values are included.
- Account number mask
- Displays the mask for the account combination. If the fields are blank, all values are included.
Contra account
The fields below show (for each applicable account part) the contra account number(s).
- Account number
- Displays the contra account number.
