On this panel you define the field values per unique table code that are valid for Business partner attribute templates with alpha-numeric template fields. This is ideal if you want to control the entry of values in fields defined in Business partner attribute templates. Each table code may have one or many field values that are valid to enter.
When creating the template fields for the Business partner attribute template, you can assign a code from this table to validate data entry. When you connect a Business partner attribute template to a business partner in the Business partner file, (and the end-user ultimately uses Attribute search mode to look up business partners), only the field values held in the assigned Validation table code will be valid for entry/selection.

Function keys
- Value
- Enter a field value when in add mode. When in change mode, this value cannot be changed.
- Description
- Enter the description of the field value. This description can be changed in change mode.

- Displays the field value(s) you selected to copy.
- New value
- Enter the new field value that you are defining.
