Create an A/R payment proposal

Prerequisites
The payment mode you intend to select needs to be activated for the debtors.

  1. Select the Work with A/R payment proposal menu item.
  2. On the Overview panel, click Add to create a new proposal.
  3. You access A/R payment proposal, Create. Complete the following fields:
  4. Description
    Enter a description of the payment proposal.
    First payment date
    Enter the first payment date for the documents included. Documents with a due date earlier than this date will be paid on the date you enter here.
    Last payment date
    Enter the last payment date for the documents included. Documents with a later due date than this date will be paid on the date you enter here.
    Group on due date
    Set to YES if documents with the same debtor, transaction currency and due date should be included into one payment. Set to NO to group payments only by debtor and transaction currency.
    Print control list
    Note: If you set this field to YES, then you will access A/R payment proposal, Print where you enter print parameters. You can always print one later by selecting the Print control list activity for the proposal.

    Enter selection parameters if you do not want to select all documents that are valid for the payment proposal. Click OK to create the proposal. The system will inform you when the proposal is ready.
