Maintain an interest note proposal

  1. Select the Work with interest invoicing menu item.
  2. You access Interest notes – activity selection. Tick Maintenance and click OK. Note: To select the Maintenance activity, a proposal must already exist.
  3. You access the initial panel Interest notes – proposal maintenance showing information for each interest note in the proposal. The original and actual interest amounts are the same as long as you do not inactivate any documents. Select an interest note to display the included documents.
  4. You access the second Interest notes – proposal maintenance panel showing information for each document included in the selected interest note. Select any document to change status from active to inactive and vice versa.
  5. You access the third Interest notes – proposal maintenance panel. The Status column on the panel displays the code for INACTIVE (I) for the inactivated ones. For the active ones, the column is blank.

    To activate/inactivate all, click Activate all transactions or Inactivate all transactions. The system recalculates the actual interest amounts as you change status for the documents. The system will not include an inactivated document on an interest note, and if you inactivate all document on an interest note, the system will exclude that interest note from printout and update.

    Click Back and then click Exit.

  6. You access the final Interest notes – proposal maintenance panel where you have the option to print a new control list. Click OK to submit the printout. The system will inform you when the control list is ready.
