Withdrawals are reported by line according to the structure of the manufacturing order. Note: If any of the components or sub-assemblies is defined as a warehouse management item in the Item file, the Location confirmation, Kitting list panel will be displayed before the material can be issued. Refer to the Panel help for detailed information about the location confirmation.
- Select the Issue/receive manufacturing order menu item.
- You access Inventory transaction selection, Manufacturing order. Select the manufacturing order for which you want to issue planned material and click Planned issue.
- You access Manufacturing order material issue.
- Suggested qty
- Displays the calculated quantity that is suggested to be issued. It is calculated differently depending on from where the issue program is called. If the program is called from normal inventory issue start panel, then the suggested quantity is the remaining reserved quantity from the manufacturing order. Otherwise, the suggested quantity is calculated on reported quantity for order reception or reported quantity for an operation.
- Note: If the material line is to be backflushed automatically it will not be displayed on this panel. See Backflushing for information about these items.
- Accept the suggested quantity in the issued quantity field. To do this, click Accept all.
- Enter the quantity in stock unit that should be issued in Issued quant and click OK. Negative quantity may be entered if correction is necessary.
You have two options on this panel. You can:
For this task, enter a new quantity to be issued and click OK. You may enter one or more issue transactions before the update.
Click Accept update to accept the entered issue quantity for update of order and stock.
Exit the routine.
