This enquiry allows you to look into FIFO transactions for batch controlled items.
- Item
- Mandatory entry. Enter the complete item for which you want to view information.
- Warehouse
- Mandatory entry. Enter the warehouse for which you want to view information.
- Batch
- Enter the batch id under which the item is stored, for which you want to view information.
FIFO enquiry (DMR18202)
This panel displays the batch information for the warehouse in which the item is stored, selected from the initial panel.
The information displayed for each batch consists of the batch id, the transaction date, reception date, the price, the quantity received, quantity delivered and stock value.
If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. The partial units could be displayed with decimal positions for the Display/Entry unit or by a dual display/entry of both the Display/Entry unit and the Stock unit separated by a user-defined delimiter. FIFO enquiry (DMR18204)
This panel displays detailed information for the entries in the FIFO file. The FIFO file is automatically updated by the system when an item is moved in/out of stock.
- Transaction date
- Displays the transaction date when this FIFO transaction was created.
- Transaction time
- Displays the time when this FIFO transaction was created.
- Price
- Displays the price of the item at the time the FIFO transaction was created.
- Received quantity
- Displays the quantity of the item received. If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. The partial units could be displayed with decimal positions for the Display/Entry unit or by a dual display/entry of both the Display/Entry unit and the Stock unit separated by a user-defined delimiter. - Dispatched quantity
- Displays the quantity of the item dispatched. If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. The partial units could be displayed with decimal positions for the Display/Entry unit or by a dual display/entry of both the Display/Entry unit and the Stock unit separated by a user-defined delimiter. - Reception date
- Displays the date the item was received in stock.
- Order number
- Displays the purchase order number of the item received.
- Line number
- Displays the line number of the purchase order for this item for this FIFO transaction.
