Once you have determined that the quantity you allocated is correct then you must confirm the allocation proposal. Note: This only applies to sales order allocation proposals that you have created manually.
Prerequisites
You must have entered an allocated quantity on the sales order line that you wish to confirm (see Automatically allocate stock to a sales order allocation proposal line or Enter or change the allocated quantity on a sales order allocation proposal line).
To confirm an allocation proposal do as follows:
- Select the Work with sales order allocation menu item.
- On the initial panel, select a proposal and click Details.
- You access Work with sales order allocation, All lines. Select the sales order allocation lines that you want to confirm and click Confirm.
- You access Work with sales order allocation, Confirmation. Click OK to confirm your selection. The indicator in the Cnf column for the sales order lines that you confirmed, has been updated with a checkmark and an asterisk (*) appears in the priority column (Pri).
You are now ready to print the pick list. Select the confirmed allocation line and click Print pick list. Follow the instructions in Print a pick list.
