From this panel sales price information is defined for the price list attached to the item, as well as discounts and quantity dependent prices. The pricing details contained in the price list can be defined for a single period or multiple periods via validity dates (from-to dates).
If the CLA-COPR (Classification costing/pricing) function is activated in the Function control file and the item was created/generated via the Item classification functionality you can download any standard sales prices defined for the price lists.
Options
| Delete | Select this option to delete/inactivate a record. If at least one period price record exists you must delete that/those first. Access the period price records by selecting the Prices option. |
| Display | Select this option to view the price list details. |
| Prices | Select this option to view/maintain the sales prices per period. |
| Quantity dependent prices | Select this option to view/maintain the quantity dependent prices (i.e. the unique quantity limits and markdown information for this item/price list). |
| Download prices | Only displayed if the CLA-COPR (Classification costing/pricing) function is activated in the Function control file and the item was created/generated via the Item classification functionality. Select this option, for the applicable price list, to download the current standard sales prices defined for the grouping structure of the item classification definition to which this item is attached. The price valid within the period containing todays date is downloaded as is all later periods. Current prices valid within periods that overlap downloaded periods are deleted. |

Selection fields
- P list
- This column lists the valid price lists attached to the item.
- Curr
- This column lists the currencies in which the prices are expressed.
- Sales unit
- This column lists the sales units for the item.
- Act price
- This column lists the actual price for the price list.
- Prc unit
- This column is only displayed if the PRCUNIT (Price unit handling) function is activated in the Function control file. Displays the unit in which the price is presented. See About price unit handling for more information.
- Description
- This column lists the description of the price units.

This panel outlines the details of the quantity dependent pricing for the item and price list.
Function keys

- Item
- The selected item code and description.
- Price list
- The selected price list code and description that is attached to the item.
- Currency
- The currency in which the prices are expressed for this item/price list.
- Sales unit
- The sales unit for this item/price list.
- Qty dep prices
- Indicates if quantity dependent prices exist for this item/price list either via a predefined set of quantity limits (Qty limit code) or uniquely defined for the item/price list. Click the Quantity dep prices function key to view/maintain the unique quantity limits and markdown information for this item/price list.
- Qty limit code
- The quantity limit code that holds the predefined set of quantity limits along with the discount.
Item file maintenance, Download prices (DMR00611)
This panel displays the selected price list against which you chose to download the standard sales prices from the grouping structure of the item classification definition.
Click OK to confirm the download. The price valid within the period containing todays date is downloaded, as is all later periods. Current prices valid within periods that overlap downloaded periods are deleted.
