Held order lines can be released via this panel.
There are two different titles available for this panel. The title that is displayed depends on where you accessed the panel from.
You can access this program from the following menus:
- the Sales tasks menu
- the Service order tasks menu (IBS Service must be installed and activated).
The following information is also displayed:
- Reason(s) why the order and/or order line(s) were held
- Customer credit limit
- Sales/service order information (order number, line info, order value, etc.)
- Held date
- Release date
- Handler
If the line is held before the sales order is confirmed then information, specifying the reason why it was held, will be added to the confirmation upon printout.

Selection fields
- Order val
- Displays the total value of the order lines, after deduction of the header discount, and including VAT if the order includes VAT. Free-of-charge order lines are not included in this value.
- Order type
- The order type used during order entry.
- Cr stop code
- Indicates the credit stop code that is defined on the A/R basic data panel in the Business partner file for the customer.
- Credit limit
- Indicates your customer’s credit limit, retrieved from the Credit limit field on the A/R basic data panel in the Business partner file.
- Order number
- Indicates the order number.
- Reason code
- The code indicates the reason why the line was held. Note: All pre-loaded order held reason codes can be protected through the Authority control handling in SECUR.
- Currency
- The code indicates in which currency the line amounts are displayed.
- Line
- Indicates the order line number.
- Line amount
- Displays the value of the order line in system currency.
- Hld date
- Indicates the date that the line was held.
- Rel date
- Indicates the date that the line was released.

All of the order lines that you selected to release are displayed on this panel. Click OK to release the order line. Click Back to cancel.
- Line
- Indicates the order line number.
- Line amount
- Displays the value of the order line in system currency.
- Hld date
- Indicates the date that the line was held.
