The purpose of this program is to re-schedule a selected manufacturing order operation. By entering either a new start date or a new completion date the manufacturing order will be re-scheduled. You can also choose to re-schedule operations previous to and/or following the selected manufacturing order operation.
If the re-scheduled operation refers to the main order in an order network and the re-scheduling results in a new start date on the manufacturing order, the whole order network will be re-scheduled.
- Order number
- Operation number (previous)
- The manufacturing order operation number that is previous to the selected operation.
- Operation number (selected)
- The selected manufacturing order operation number.
- Operation number (next)
- The manufacturing order operation number that is after the selected operation.
- Planned start date (previous)
- The planned start date for the previous operation.
- Planned start date (selected)
- The planned start date for the selected operation. If this date is changed the planned completion date is set to blank. The new start date indicates when the operation should start. The system will automatically change the completion date according to entered start date and the planned time of the operation.
- Planned start date (next)
- The planned start date for the next operation.
- Planned start time (previous)
- The planned start time for the previous operation. This field is only displayed if the MPL-TIME (Plan operation by date/time) function is activated in the Function control file.
- Planned start time (selected)
- The planned start time when the operation is planned to be started. This optional field is only displayed if the MPL-TIME (Plan operation by date/time) function is activated in the Function control file. Note: The start time should not be greater than 24 or less than 0. Moreover, the decimal (minutes) should not be greater than 59.
- Planned start time (next)
- The planned start time for the next operation. This field is only displayed if the MPL-TIME (Plan operation by date/time) function is activated in the Function control file.
- Planned compl date (previous)
- The planned completion date for the previous operation.
- Planned compl date (selected)
- The planned completion date for the selected operation. If this date is changed the planned start date is set to blank. The new completion date indicates when the operation should be finished. The system will automatically change the start date according to entered completion date and the planned time of the operation.
- Planned compl date (next)
- The planned completion date for the next operation.
- Planned compl time (previous)
- The planned completion time for the previous operation. This field is only displayed if the MPL-TIME (Plan operation by date/time) function is activated in the Function control file.
- Planned compl time (selected)
- The completion time when the operation is planned to be completed. This optional field is only displayed if the MPL-TIME (Plan operation by date/time) function is activated in the Function control file. Note: The completion time should not be greater than 24 or less than 0. Moreover, the decimal (minutes) should not be greater than 59.
- Planned compl time (next)
- The planned completion time for the next operation. This field is only displayed if the MPL-TIME (Plan operation by date/time) function is activated in the Function control file.
- Upd prev operations
- Indicates if previous operations also should be re-scheduled. If this field is set to YES, all previous operations will be re-scheduled automatically according to the new planned start date of the selected operation.
- Upd following opers
- Indicates if following operations also should be re-scheduled. If this field is set to YES, all following operations will be re-scheduled automatically according to the new completion start date of the selected operation.
- Lock operation
- Indicates if the selected operation should be marked as locked. Re-scheduling of operations that are previous to or following a specific operation will not be accepted if a locked operation is affected.
