Prerequisites
To copy an existing quotation to a new version you need the following information:
- Existing quotation number
- Version number
- Select the Work with sales quotations menu item.
- You access Sales quotation maintenance. This is the starting panel for copying a quotation. The following fields are mandatory:
- Copy quotation
- Enter the number of the quotation you want to copy.
- Version
- Enter the version number you want to copy. Tip: If you are copying the quotation to another quotation leave this field blank. The system will automatically assign a version number.
- You access Quotation line entry with the new quotation displayed.
Click OK.
