Names, addresses and phone numbers of service engineers are stored in this file. This information will be referred to when maintaining the Service order job, Order addresses and Order lines when entering/maintaining a service order. This information will also be retrieved during time registration.

- Engineer
- This column lists the existing service engineers.
- Name
- This column lists the names of the service engineers.
- Address line 1-4
- Displays the address of the service engineer.
- Postal code
- Displays the postal code of the service engineer’s address.
- Telephone number
- Displays the phone number of the service engineer.
- Country
- Displays the country code for the service engineer’s address, if applicable.
- VAT registration number
- Displays the VAT registration number of the service engineer’s company.
- Party identification
- Displays the party identification code for the service engineer at the specified address.
- Destination
- Displays the destination of a service route to which orders from the service engineer should be added.
- Shipping agent
- Displays the shipping agent responsible for the transport of the goods from the service engineer.
- County code
- Displays the county in which the service engineer is located, if applicable.
- State/Province code
- Displays the state or province in which the service engineer is located, if applicable.
- Tax Jurisdiction code
- Displays the tax jurisdiction code for the country in which the service engineer is located, if applicable.
- Mobile phone
- Displays the mobile number of the service engineer.
- E-mail address
- Displays the e-mail address of the service engineer.
- Car identity
- Displays the car identity of the service engineer.
- Category
- Displays the specified category of the service engineer.
- Basic time level
- Displays a code indicating the employment level of the service engineer.
- Warehouse
- Displays the warehouse to which the service engineer is assigned.
- Area
- Displays a code indicating the area to which the service engineer is assigned.
Work with service engineers (SOR00804)
The entries on this panel are used to store names, addresses and phone numbers of service engineers. The information contained here will be referred to when maintaining the Service order job, Order addresses and Order lines when entering/maintaining a service order. This information will also be retrieved during time registration.

- Address
- Enter the address of the service engineer on the text lines at your disposal.
- County
- Enter a code from Work with counties to indicate the county in which the engineer is located.
- Party identification
- Enter the party identification for the service engineer at this address.
- Telephone number
- Enter the telephone number of the specified service engineer.
- Fax number
- Enter the fax number of the specified service engineer.
- Mobile phone
- Enter the mobile number of the specified service engineer.
- E-mail address
- Enter the e-mail address of the specified service engineer.
- Car identity
- Enter the car identity of the specified service engineer.
- Category
- Enter a code from Work with engineer categories, indicating the category of the service engineer. The engineer category may be used to classify service engineers in the Skill level file.
- Shipping agent
- Enter a code from Work with shipping agents, indicating the shipping agent responsible for the transport of the goods from this service engineer.
- Basic time level
- Enter a code from the Work with basic time levels file, indicating the employment level of the service engineer. The Work with basic time levels program is used in the Time rule file to calculate different over time rates.
- Country
- This field is only displayed if the EU reporting function is activated. Mandatory entry. Enter the country code for the address. It will be defaulted into the Country field on the Delivery address panel in the Work with service orders file if the address on the service order refers to this engineer.
- Warehouse
- Enter a code from the Work with warehouses file, indicating the warehouse to which the service engineer is assigned.
- Area
- Enter a code from the Work with areas file, indicating the area to which the service engineer is assigned.
- Calendar ID
- This field is only used in PlannerView. Indicates the engineer capacity.

- Engineer
- Displays the service engineer(s) you selected to copy.
- New engineer
- Enter a code to identify the new service engineer you are adding.
