Function keys
- Base level code
- Displays the defined base level that you selected on the previous panel.
- Description
Base level definition enquiry, Base balance control (ANLD2035)
This panel displays the Base balance control selection information. The selections are used to create Base balance percentages. These percentages are then used to distribute other values to create the Distributed balance balance type values.
- Year
- Displays the year for selecting information.
- From period
- Displays the start period for selecting information.
- To period
- Displays the end period for selecting information.
- Budget number
- Displays the budget number if you wish to create the percentages based on budget values rather than balance values.
- Base level keys only
- This field is set to YES to only display the selected base balance key number on the next Select key values panel. This field is set to NO to display all selectable keys for the balance types specified in the Calculation field.
- Use key occurrence
- This field is set to YES to calculate the base balance percentages based on the number times a key value occurs. This field is set to NO to calculate the base balance percentages based on the retrieved balance values.
- Update program name
- Displays the program name that will create the base balance percentages information. This field is mutually exclusive with the Calculation field.
- Calculation
- Displays the calculation to retrieve the values to create the base balance percentages. This field is mutually exclusive with the Update program name field.
