The purpose of this program is to work with project/quotation phases. The panel displays all project phases that are currently in system. They will appear in descending project number order.
Options
| Elements | Select this option to access the Phase elements maintenance (POM003E) panel to maintain the element lines (activities, items and services) of the selected project phase. |
| Text | Select this option to view/work with text related to the project/quotation phase. |
| Addresses | Select this option to access the Phase address maintenance (POM003C) panel to maintain addresses related to the project phase. |
| Invoice plan | Select this option to access the Phase invoice plan maintenance (POM003D) panel to maintain the project phase level invoice plan. |
| Close | Select this option to close the phase line and change the phase status to 99. This is only valid if status is 60. For quotations this option is always allowed. Note: Closing the phase means that no more reporting can be done on the phase. |
| Open | Select this option to open the phase line and change the phase status to 40. This is only valid if status is 60. Note: This enables you to work and report on the phase again. |

- The cost price of the phase.

- Indicates if text is connected to the phase.
