This panel is displayed when Non-conforming stock is clicked from the Inventory movements entry (DMR62001) panel. The panel allows the selection of the type of movement which the non-conforming stock is to undergo.
In the fields to the left on the panel you enter what type of movement you want to do. The field to the right on the panel displays information entered on the previous panel.
- Transit
- This field is only displayed if the BtB function is activated, i.e. the BtB feature used field is set to YES in the DIS control file. Indicates if the items to be moved are transit stock items. Note: Movement of items is allowed only from transit stock to normal stock, and never vice versa.
- Type of movement
- Set one of the fields below to YES, to indicate which type of movement you want to do.
- Normal to non-conf
- Indicate if you want to move normal stock to non-conforming stock in the same or another warehouse.
- Non-conf between whs
- Indicate if you want to move non-conforming stock in one warehouse to non-conforming stock in another warehouse.
- Non-conf between cat
- Set to YES if you want to move from non-conforming stock with a certain non-conforming stock category to non-conforming stock with another non-conforming stock category in the same or another warehouse. The category controls if the items being moved are usable or not.
- Non-conf to normal
- Indicate if you want to move non-conforming stock to normal stock in the same or another warehouse.
- Item
- Displays the item code being moved.
- From warehouse
- Displays the warehouse from where the item is moved.
- Batch
- Displays the batch number for the item. The field is blank if the item is not a batch-controlled item.
- To warehouse
- Displays the warehouse to where the item is moved.
Non-conforming stock movement (DMR62102)
This panel is displayed when you selected which type of movement you want to do. Which fields are displayed depends on the type of movement.
- Tr
- This field is only displayed if the BtB function is activated, i.e. the BtB feature used field is set to YES in the DIS control file. Indicates if the items to be moved from one warehouse to another are transit stock items. Note: Movement of items is allowed only from transit (normal) stock to non-conforming stock, and never vice versa.
- Item
- Displays the item code being moved.
- F.Wh
- Displays the warehouse from where the item is moved.
- Batch
- Displays the batch for the item. The field is blank if the item is not batch-controlled.
- T.Wh
- Displays the warehouse to where the item is being moved.
- Bin loc
- This field is only used for non-Warehouse Management items. Displays the bin location in which the batch-controlled item is stored. The field is blank if the item is not a batch-controlled item.
- Acc. per
- Displays the accounting period entered on the Inventory movement entry (DMR62001) panel. This is the period when the movement transaction will be updated.
- NCC no
- This field is only displayed if you move:
- non-conforming stock between warehouses
- non-conforming stock between categories
- from non-conforming to normal stock
Enter the number of the non-conformity certificate for the item you want to move.
- Fr cat
- This field is only displayed if you move:
- non-conforming stock between categories
- from non-conforming to normal stock
Enter a non-conforming stock category from the Stock category table, from which you want to move stock.
If IBS Warehouse Management is not installed and activated, the category controls if the non-conforming item being moved is usable or not.
If IBS Warehouse Management is installed and activated, only stock categories connected to quantity types 6 or 7 (NCC types) can be entered.
- To cat
- This field is only displayed if you move:
- from normal stock to non-conforming stock
- non-conforming stock between categories
Enter a valid non-conforming stock category from the Stock category table, from which you want to move stock.
If IBS Warehouse Management is not installed and activated, the category controls if the non-conforming item being moved is usable or not.
If IBS Warehouse Management is installed and activated, only stock categories connected to quantity types 6 or 7 (NCC types) can be entered.
- Auth
- Enter the signature of the authoriser performing this movement.
- Quantity
- The field is defaulted with the quantity entered on the Inventory movement entry (DMR62001) panel. The field can be changed.
- Text
- A text of your choice can be entered to further describe the transaction. This text will follow the transaction through the system and is, for example, displayed in the Inventory transaction enquiry program. The field is mandatory when moving non-conforming stock to normal stock and is intended to display how the non-conforming stock was made good.
Non-conforming stock movement (DMR62103)
This panel displays the information you entered regarding this movement that affects the non-conforming stock.
When you move from normal stock to non-conforming stock, or between non-conforming stock categories, you have to enter either a reason code, or non-conformity criteria or a note (text), before you can confirm the transaction. The panels where this information is entered can be accessed if you press a function key.
Function keys

Displays the non-conforming stock category from which the quantity is moved. The category controls if the items being moved are usable or not.
- Temporary NCC number
- This field is only displayed if you move:

In this program, the NCC number will be temporary. When entered quantity is confirmed here, the NCC number will be retrieved from the Number series table and updated in the Non-conformity certificate file.
- To warehouse
- This field is only displayed if you move:
- non-conforming stock between warehouses
Displays the code of the warehouse to which the quantity is moved.
- Quantity on hand
- This field is only displayed if you move:
- non-conforming stock between warehouses
Displays what will be the quantity on hand on the non-conformity certificate (displayed in the Entered NCC number field), if you perform this movement.

Displays the non-conforming stock category to which the quantity is moved. The category controls if the items being moved are usable or not.
- New temp NCC number
- This field is only displayed if you move:
- from normal stock to non-conforming stock

as a new non-conformity certificate is always created when these types of movement are done.
Displays the temporary NCC number. In this program, the NCC number will be temporary. When entered quantity is confirmed here, the NCC number will be retrieved from the Number series table and updated in the Non-conformity certificate file.

- This field is only displayed if you move:

- non-conforming stock between categories
Displays the code of the warehouse to which the quantity is moved.
- Quantity on hand
- This field is only displayed if you move:

Displays what will be the quantity on hand on the new non-conformity certificate, if you perform this movement. This will always be the same as the quantity displayed in the Quantity field in the upper section of this panel.

Displays the non-conforming stock category to which the quantity is moved. The category controls if the items being moved are usable or not.
Non-conforming stock movement, Reason codes (DMR62104)
On this panel non-conformity reason codes can be entered. The reason code defines why the item is non-conforming.

On this panel non-conformity criteria are entered for those items with a conformity group defined in the Conformity group field in the Item file. The conformity criteria control that the item complies with a certain conformity value or values. Those values are defined in the Item conformity criteria table.

This panel is displayed if you pressed F7 on the previous panel. All valid serial number(s) for the item are displayed. Enter any character next to the serial number(s) you want to move and click OK.
