This program is used if you are registering serial numbers via a scanner for items you are removing from stock. The program automatically checks if a serial number has already been registered regardless of the amount of serial numbers. On this panel you are also able to delete existing serial numbers. Note: This function is only available if IBS Warehouse Management is installed and activated.
Options
- Order no
- Displays the purchase order number or the sales order number.
- Line
- Displays the order line number.
- NCC no
- Displays the non-conformity certificate number if the delivery is from the non-conforming stock.
- Pick list or Recept. note
- Two names are valid for this field:
Field Description Pick list Displays the pick list number on which the item was printed. This field is shown when this panel is accessed from the Confirm sales order pick list program. Recept. note Displays the reception note number on which the item was printed. This field is shown when this panel is accessed from the Confirm purchase order reception note program.
- Supplier or Customer
- Two names are valid for this field:
Field Description Supplier Displays the supplier number and name to whom the item was returned. Customer Displays the customer number and name to whom the item was sold.
- Line
- If the item was printed on either a pick list/reception note displays the line number on the relevant list.
- Item
- Displays the item and description.
- Qty (to add or to del)
- Two names are valid for this field:
Field Description Qty (to add) Displays the total quantity of serial numbers you have to enter. Qty (to del) Only shown if you already entered serial numbers for a certain quantity and you decreased the quantity afterwards. Displays the total quantity of serial numbers you have to delete. Delete as many serial numbers as shown in the Qty (to del) field by marking the field to the left of the serial number and clicking OK.
- Zone/Loc
- Displays the best zone and location from which to pick, according to the parameters you have set up for the item.
- Pallet
- Only shown when a suggestion line is assigned to a pallet. Displays the pallet number for which serial numbers should be entered.
- Serial number
- In this field, you enter the serial number(s) to be added via a scanner.
- Bin location
- Only shown for items that are not under IBS Warehouse Management control. Upon return to this panel, after selecting the serial numbers, the bin location will be updated in this field. This is the bin location that was entered during reception confirmation.
